最近迷上做麵包，突發奇想加入自己種的蔬菜。

Recently, I love to make bread.

And I had the idea to make bread using our vegetables.

我沿用之前做熱狗捲的食譜，把豆腐的部分用切碎的番茄和羅勒取代。

熱狗捲 Sausage in a blanket    

麵包中間包Mozzarella起士、Red Leicester起士、Cheddar起士和羅勒。

烤好的麵包呈漂亮的橘色，淡淡的羅勒香瀰漫整個廚房。

I used the recipe of the sausage in a blanket I had made before.

Instead of tofu, I used chopped tomatoes and basil.

I wrapped the dough around Mozzarella cheese, Red Leicester cheese, Cheddar cheese and basil.

The bread had a beautiful orange colour.

The basil smell filled the kitchen.

前兩天做的菠菜麵包。

This is the spinach bread I made a few days ago.

中間包Feta起士，真是絕配。 

I wrapped the dough around a cube of Feta cheese.

Spinach and Feta cheese are always a good combination.

今年中的白蘿蔔超成功！

The radishes were growing very well this year.
