Momo & Oreo's Paradise

今年家裡的菠菜長超好，我種的昰會一直重複生長的品種。

Our spinach is growing very well this year.

The spinach we are growing is the type which will keep growing.

今天星期天，難得好天氣，老公答應我幫我洗窗戶。

我做這個鹹蛋糕慰勞他的辛苦。

Today was Sunday, and the weather was nice.

Tino was cleaning our windows.

I made this savoury cake to thank him.

材料有菠菜、豆漿、麵粉、baking powder、胡椒粉、蛋、Raclette起士、Parmesan起士、洋蔥和奶油。

我先把洋蔥切碎，用奶油炒熟，放一旁備用。

菠菜燙熟，瀝乾後切碎。

所有材料準備好，取出一些Raclette起士放一旁，把剩下的材料放入一個大碗拌勻。

The ingredients were spinach, soy milk, flour, baking powder, ground pepper, egg, Raclette cheese, Parmesan cheese, onion and butter.

I fried the finely chopped onion with butter and put it aside.

I cooked the spinach and drained the water.

Then I chopped it in small pieces.

I prepared all the ingredients and put some Raclette cheese aside for later.

I put the rest of the ingredients into a big bowl and mixed them.

把拌勻的麵糰放入鋪了烘培紙的烤盤，送進烤箱烤三十五分鐘。

I put the mixture into a baking tray with baking paper.

Then I baked it in the oven for 35 minutes.

三十五分鐘後，把事先放一旁的Raclette起士鋪在蛋糕表面，再送進烤箱烤十分鐘。

After 35 minutes, I sprinkled the Raclette cheese on top and put the cake back to the oven for another 10 minutes.

最後灑上胡椒粉，放一邊待涼。

Finally, I sprinkled some ground pepper on top and put the cake aside to cool down.

準備飲料，材料有削皮的小黃瓜、蜂蜜、檸檬汁跟冰塊，用絞拌器打成冰沙。

I also made something to drink.

I blended peeled cucumber, honey, lemon juice and ice to a smoothie.

我們倆人解決了一整條鹹蛋糕，我看今天的晚餐省了。

We finished the whole savoury cake, I guess we won't need dinner tonight.
