昨天是我生日,老公帶我到Viajante吃飯。
Viajante是由葡萄牙主廚Nuno Mendes帶領得一星餐廳。
Yesterday was my birthday, Tino invited me to dinner at Viajante.
Viajante is a one Michelin star restaurant led by Portuguese chef Nuno Mendes.
餐廳的另一邊是酒吧,調酒超優。
我點的昰Shi-so Lovely, 諧音"She so lovely",相當清爽。
老公點Carthusian Monk Sour,也很可口。
Opposite the restaurant is Viajante bar, their cocktails were very tasty.
I ordered the Shi-so Lovely, it is pronounced the same as "She's so lovely".
It tasted very refreshing.
Tino ordered the Carthusian Monk Sour, it was delicious.
因為老公隔天還要上班,我們是當天第一桌客人。
Viajante沒有菜單,只分六道菜、九道菜跟十二道菜。
我愛吃美食,但九道或十二道菜對我而言太多。
我超羨慕很多人能吃九道以上,再加上每一道都配不一樣的酒,是我可能會太撐加醉倒。
吃完要走時,餐廳工作人員把我們今天吃的菜的菜名印在紙上給我們作紀念。
Because Tino had to work the next day, we went early and we were the first customers.
Viajante doesn't have a menu, the choices are 6 courses, 9 courses and 12 courses.
I love nice food, but 9 courses and 12 courses are too much for me.
I am always jealous of the people who can finish more than 9 courses and have different wine to match each courses.
If I do that, I will be too full and drunk.
Just before we left Viajante, the staff brought us a copy of the dishes' names for us to remember the night.
開胃菜,我愛他家的麵包。
Viajante跟別的餐廳不一樣,很鼓勵客人用手抓食物來吃。
雖然是很特別,但我有點太過了。
有的食物吃完手黏黏的,感覺不舒服。

I loved the bread.
Viajante is a little bit different than other restaurant, they encourage people to eat with their fingers.
I think it is a very special idea, but it is a bit too much.
My fingers were stick afterward.
I felt a bit uncomfortable.

第五道的牛肉是我的最愛,粉紅色的肉簡直入口即化。
First course ~ Fifth course
The fifth course was my favorite, the pink beef was melting in my mouth.
甜點,很清爽,讓這一餐完美的結束。
The desserts were light, they gave us a happy ending for the night.

今天剛好是七夕情人節,用老公送的生日禮物裝水波但當早餐。
Today was Chinese Valentine's day.
We prepared soft boiled eggs in my birthday gift from Tino for breakfast.
