Momo & Oreo's Paradise

今天終於沒下雨，跟老公狗兒子出門散步。

大概是難得的好天氣，我們一家子忘了時間晃到有點晚。

今天就來準備個半小時就可以完成的晚餐。

先把婆婆寄來的愛心馬鈴薯洗乾淨用水煮。

冰箱裡有之前醃好的豬五花，用煎牛排鍋先煎出一條條紋路，送進烤想十五分鐘烤熟。

接著做番茄沙拉，番茄和洋蔥切丁，加橄欖油、紅酒醋、糖跟鹽調味，最後灑上墨角蘭裝飾。

最後我把煮好的馬鈴薯切片加芝麻葉，用鹽、紅椒粉、香芹籽、蘋果醋跟橄欖油調味。

Finally, it didn't rain today.

We went for a walk with Oreo.

Probably because of the good weather, we forgot the time and came home quite late.

So I decided to make our dinner in 30 minutes.

First, I washed the potatoes which we got sent by Tino's mum, and boiled them in a pot.

I had some already marinated pork belly in the fridge.

I fried the meat on a grill pan until it had grill marks, and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Then, I prepared a tomato salad.

I chopped tomatoes and onions, seasoned it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt, and sprinkled majoram on top.

Last, I sliced the potatoes and mixed with rocket.

I added salt, paprika, caraway, apple vinegar and olive oil to season it.

這是我去年聖誕節在Wholefood買的法國製日式梅酒，老公不愛說太甜。

我是愛喝，但真的很甜，沒法太常喝。

This is a French made Japanese plum wine which I bought last year at Christmas.

It isn't Tino's favourite.

He said it is too sweet.

I like it, but it is very sweet. 

I couldn't drink it often. 

我家狗兒子趴在老公腿上守株待兔。

Oreo was waiting on Tino's lap, longing for some food.
