今天來清冰箱,做芝麻葉義大利麵沙拉跟煎豬排當晚餐。

昨天吃剩的管狀義大利麵、Feta起司和前陣子做布朗尼剩下的杏仁粒,再加上新鮮芝麻葉。

用現榨檸檬汁、鹽、胡椒根橄欖油調味。

在把之前想烤肉的買的用豬排煎一煎,這豬排是用甜辣醬調味的。。

我把豬排兩面間上色,再送進烤箱烤十五分鐘

最後再配上的泡菜,晚餐就完成了。


Let's use all the leftovers to make dinner today. 

On the menu are rocket penne salad and sweet chilli loin steak.

The ingredients were: penne and feta cheese from yesterday, ground almonds from when I was making the brownie and fresh rocket.

I seasoned the salad with lemon julice, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Then, I pan fried the sweet chilli loin steaks, which I had bought for BBQ ealier.

I fried both sides of the loin steak until golden, and roasted them in the oven for 15 minutes. 

I added some pickles, and dinner was done.

這是Momo今天的早餐,把剩飯加自己種的蔥跟蛋煮成粥,配上豆腐乳與魚鬆。

早上吃得飽飽的,一天才會有精神。


This is Momo's breakfast today, congee cooked with home grown spring onion and eggs.

I had it with fermented bean curd and ground fried Sailfish Floss, two typical Taiwanese breakfast delicatessen.

A good breakfat gives you energy for the whole day.
