因為太想烤肉,所以家裡冰箱有很多烤肉的食材。

今天用現成羊肉丸來做包子。

這款麵粉做麵包或包子都好用,成功率很高。

我先揉好麵糰,放一邊等麵糰膨脹兩倍大,在分成二十份。

再把現成的羊肉丸包起來,放進蒸籠蒸個十五分鐘。

I am preparing Chinese buns with lamb koftas filling today.

This flour is suitable for making breads and buns, the chance to success is very high.

I made the dough first, then waited for it to rise to twice the size, and divided it into 20 pieces.

I wrapped the lamb koftas filling with the dough, and put the buns into a steamer basket for 15 minutes.

羊肉丸有點太小,但麵團超成功。

晚餐有青菜魚豆腐蛋花湯、泡菜和羊肉包。

我想這個新發明很成功,因為我家大胃王一口氣吃了七個羊肉包。


 

On tonight's menu  were fish tofu vegetable soup, pickle and lamb koftas buns.

I think this new invention was a success, because Tino had 7 buns in one go.
