Momo & Oreo's Paradise

倫敦的天氣時好時壞，昨天才下大雨，今天卻出大太陽。

天氣好時，就想在院子裡吃飯，享受陽光。

London's weather is hard to predict, raining yesterday, sunny today.

When the weather is nice, we like to have our dinner in our garden and enjoy the sunshine.

我超愛墨西哥玉米餅，今天做豪華版。

加玉米、鮪魚、青蔥跟起司，送進烤箱烤十五分鐘。

從烤箱拿出來再加上酪梨醬跟番茄丁就完成了。

I love nachos, and I decided to make the luxury version today.

I added sweet corn, tuna, spring onion and cheese, and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.

After I took it out of the oven, I added Guacamole and tomato cubes - all done. 

前陣子在Wholefood Market看到一瓶叫Momo的白酒，衝著名字是一定要買的。

喝起來很清爽，很適合夏天。

I found this bottle of Sauvignon Blanc in Wholefood Market.

I had to get it because of its name "Momo".

It tastes crisp and refreshing, good for summer. 

接下來做會讓人掉眼淚的布朗尼。

先隔水溶化黑巧克力跟奶油，依順序加糖、麵粉跟蛋。

進烤箱220度烤半小時，這半小時準備草莓、櫻桃和杏仁。

After dinner, I started to make the brownie that makes people cry.

First, I melted the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Then I added sugar, flour and eggs.

I baked it for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, I prepared strawberries, cherries and almonds.

擺成我最愛的心型，配上新鮮的薄荷茶。

老公說他超幸福。

I displayed everything  in a heart-shaped way, my favourite.

We had it with our fresh mint tea. 

Tino said that he couldn't ask for more.
