史多倫麵包是我們聖誕節最愛,每年婆婆都會寄一條來。

今年寄來的吃完了,覺得不盡興。

在大麥町太太的部落格找到這款德國杏仁糖心史多倫麵包,看起來超優的。

Stollen is one of our Christmas favorites.

My mother in law sends us one Stollen every year.

We finished the one she sent for this year, but it wasn't enough.

I found this recipe on Mrs. Dalmatian's blog.

Her Stollen looks amazing.

一大早起來先準備內餡,拌杏仁奶油餡。

跟老公出門去看李安導的少年Pi的奇幻漂流,吃個中餐,回來剛好開始揉麵團。

這是我目前做過最複雜的麵包,但大麥町太太的食譜很容易懂。

看著小小的麵糰漸漸變大再變大,好有成就感噢!

老公在旁邊一直問,可以吃了嗎?

整個完成已經晚上九點多,還得等冷卻。

隔天老公一大早迫不及待就切了一大塊當早餐,吃了直說讚。


I woke up early to make the filling and almond butter cream in the morning.

After I prepared everything, Tino and me went to see "Life of Pi", directed by Ang Lee, and then had lunch.

When we came back, it was time to continue with the recipe.

This is the most complicated sweet I have ever made.

But Mrs. Dalmatian's recipe is very easy to understand.

I watched the small dough becoming bigger and bigger, and I felt so proud of myself.

Tino kept asking whether it was ready yet.

The Stollen came out of the oven at around 9 o'clock in the evening and stayed on the rack to cool down.

The next morning, Tino sliced a big piece for breakfast.

He enjoyed it a lot.
